We strive to provide the best shopping experience in the world. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to make a return or exchange, please follow the policies below.

EXCHANGES
If you have ordered goods from www.houseoflevade.com and want to exchange your items for a different size, colour, cut, or completely different item you can do so by returning the item, within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Extra charges may apply depending on the item. These costs will be covered by you. Returns need to be shipped the address below. You will need to send your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on www.houseoflevade.com

RETURNS
Item(s) purchased from www.houseoflevade.com must be returned in unused condition in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s). A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to our location.
